Payment Policies
For Deposits Only:
Deposits are $300 (unless otherwise agreed upon) to hold a reservation place in a litter or to hold a specific puppy of your choosing. We DO accept personal checks mailed to our home (for deposits only though), as well as money orders and cashier's checks. We will gladly offer a 4 day courtesy hold when we are notified of a deposit in route.
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or electronic payment types such as Zelle, Paypal, Venmo etc. Sorry for any inconvenience!!!
Payments When Picking Up In Person :
We always appreciate cash when possible, but we also accept money
orders and cashier's checks made out to either April Adams or Wendover Terriers as well. Sorry... No personal checks, credit cards or electronic payments (Paypal, Zelle, Venmo etc.) for balances when taking a puppy home... no exceptions. Sorry for any inconvenience!!!
For Clients Needing Transport :
Payment in full must be received before puppies are released to any transporter or flight nanny. Please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for payment to arrive before scheduling a puppy to be released to your flight nanny. Recommended payment method is to overnight a cashier's check or money order to our home address. No personal checks, credit cards or electronic payments (Paypal, Zelle, Venmo etc.) are accepted... no exceptions. Sorry for any inconvenience!!!
We no longer ship puppies by themselves via Live Animal Air Cargo due to safety concerns with their traveling unattended in the belly of the planes. However, we do have two WONDERFUL, professional, flight nannies we highly recommend who regularly assist our clients and are reasonably priced. Flight nannies fly in cabin with your puppy and meet you at your nearest major airport to hand deliver your new puppy to you! We can help you to connect with a recommended flight nanny to work with and we can assist in this process, if desired. Flight nannies are not affiliated with Wendover Terriers in any way, but are independent agents.
